Hello! My name is Vic and along with my wife Helen, we are the owner/operator of Bearspaw Pet Ranch. Like many dog owners, we wanted to go on vacation but could not bring our dog along, so what can we do? This was how our dream all started. We wanted a safe, secure and comfortable place where our dogs could stay while we were away. Having a large outdoor off leash play area was also one of our criteria as our dogs love to play and run around.

 

In 2018, we came across the perfect acreage with all the above criteria along with a convenient location. After a year and a half of hard work and a steep acreage living learning curve (since both of us were from the city), we officially opened Bearspaw Pet Ranch on September 7, 2020.

Living a busy life with our two high energy dogs, Toshi and Keroppi, we understand the importance of daily exercise, balanced with sufficient mind stimulation for the dogs to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The well being of the dogs and their safety and security are our number one priority. We hope all dog owners will have a peace of mind whether they are on vacation or just busy with life.
